4 AM..

I woke up the other night
and perpetualy told myself to hold on tight,
I had to indite
and I don't know if I right,
but since light keeps insight,
I must have done something right.

That night I promised not to trust
and I promised
never to rely

The people I'm closest with-
Yes, it is a delight
but I have already returned the invite.
It's tough but I can't trust the people in my life,
Because I will no longer be the one to fall in dispite...

...to be continued..

+So for my follwers/Commenters! I want to get to know more of you! So I have a question,
Are you happy? Are you satisfied with the stage of life you are at?
Is your home a happy place? Are you happy with the job you are now working for?
Has your childhood dreams came true?

I am usually happy in heart.

All life's a stage, so as an actor in this play I am satisfied.

Heart, home, same.

Never happy working but that's why it's called work and not fun.

Most dreams have come true, others are yet to be.

The Impossible Dream
(from the Musical "Man of La Mancha")
Lyrics by Joe Darion

In this song, Don Quixote explains his quest and the reasons behind it ... in doing so, he captures the essence of the play and its philosophical underpinnings.

To dream ... the impossible dream ...
To fight ... the unbeatable foe ...
To bear ... with unbearable sorrow ...
To run ... where the brave dare not go ...
To right ... the unrightable wrong ...
To love ... pure and chaste from afar ...
To try ... when your arms are too weary ...
To reach ... the unreachable star ...

This is my quest, to follow that star ...
No matter how hopeless, no matter how far ...
To fight for the right, without question or pause ...
To be willing to march into Hell, for a Heavenly cause ...

And I know if I'll only be true, to this glorious quest,
That my heart will lie peaceful and calm,
when I'm laid to my rest ...
And the world will be better for this:
That one man, scorned and covered with scars,
Still strove, with his last ounce of courage,
To fight ... the unbeatable foe ...
To reach ... the unreachable star ...
