..and we


We can fight a war
but not a tear that barley begins to streaks down our eyes?
We can pray for amor, but not bit more affection inside our homes?
Children can wish for more toys, but not the money we fight for outside?
Soilders can hope for victory, but not peace in their territory?
One can inspire millions, but millions can't inspire one?

I don't know how to respond to these questions, other than to feel guilt. I wish I could defend humanity with honour and pride, but I can only defend the one that inspires the million instead of the millions that don't. Does that make sense?
